Reiki · Energy Healing
A gentle reset for
body and nervous
system.
A gentle, hands-on practice that supports your body's own capacity to release, rebalance, and restore.
What Is Reiki
Rest, and let the
session happen.
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice in which light or near-touch is used to support the flow of energy through the body. It's gentle, fully clothed, and doesn't require you to do or say anything — you simply rest while the session happens.
People use Reiki to work with:
- Stress and nervous-system regulation
- Emotional release that doesn't need to be verbalized to be processed
- General rebalancing between more intensive modalities like QHHT or Kambo
Reiki is often the gentlest entry point into this work — many first-time clients start here before moving into deeper modalities.
The Session
What a session
involves
Brief check-in
What's present for you, anything specific you want attention on.
The session
You rest, fully clothed, while hands-on or near-body energy work is performed. Most people feel deeply relaxed; some feel warmth, tingling, or emotional release. Some feel nothing dramatic at all — that's normal too.
Closing
A brief conversation about what came up, if anything.
Is This Right For You

appropriate for
most people.
Reiki is low-risk and appropriate for most people, including as a complement to other treatment or medical care. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to believe in energy work for this to help?
No, most people report feeling something (relaxation, warmth, emotional release) regardless of prior belief.
Do I stay clothed?
Yes, always.
How is this different from QHHT?
Reiki is gentler, shorter, and doesn't involve hypnosis or verbal regression work — it's energetic rather than exploratory.
